Vendor Space Booking Policy Thank you for your interest in booking a vendor space with us. To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all participants, please review the following policies carefully: 1. No Refunds or Exchanges All vendor space bookings are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including schedule conflicts or unforeseen circumstances. 2. Rain or Shine Policy All events take place rain or shine. Vendors are expected to come prepared for varying weather conditions. This includes bringing appropriate coverings, equipment, and supplies to protect your setup and merchandise. 3. Wind & Safety Preparedness If windy conditions are expected, vendors are required to bring sufficient weights to secure their tents, displays, and equipment. This is for the safety of all attendees and participants. 4. Vendor Substitution If you are unable to attend your scheduled event, you may arrange for another vendor to take your space. This substitution must be approved by our team in advance. 5. Space Fee Transfers If you secure an approved replacement vendor, you are responsible for coordinating any financial arrangements directly with them. The amount you charge for your reserved space is entirely up to you, and we are not involved in these transactions. By booking a vendor space, you agree to abide by these policies.
